I think I am starting to develop panic attacks, need some advice

Okay so with the past two weeks of college (i've been here for four) sometimes in the morning when I wake up my stomach really hurts and I think a lot about whats going on at that time I try medications which wont be listed even though they are over the counter to see if it's gas or something and that doesn't help. It seems as if standing, calming down, and heavy breathing do the trick which is why I am thinking these are panic attacks. Anyways what do you guys to do calm yourselves down if you ever have one?

Would you know the cause?
any problem in college? is it your first year, or did you moved and it's a new place? bullying issues?
edit: sorry, you mentioned being there for 4 years. but maybe something has changed.

I guess the cause is the college, or you wouldn't have mentioned it.

I can't help much, just try understanding the reason, and maybe talk about it. sibling, parents, friends, or even a professional if you're willing to or think it's too important to keep for yourself. don't let it go worse.

Most likely you are not sleeping in the right pose and that put stress on your muscle. Try raising the opposite arm for several seconds, and repeat until the pain goes away, which should be two to three times. I've had this since primary school and nothing is severe with that. Also drink some hot water.

Consecutive cases can be attributed to lack of protein or table salt, but lack of sleep/ stress should not lead to this specific symptom, but rather primarily chest pressure followed by heart attacks. Most importantly seek medical attention and not random medication no one really understand.

By the way if you still have testicles both over-sex and pain stimulation can lead to the same problem.

Check a doctor, it's the best thing you can do right now.
I have panic attacks and take medications, they really help.

@Pacheko17 I am pretty sure the pain should be in the chest, not the stomach during a panic attack, followed by difficult breathing, eventually stroke and coma.

This is exactly what I have happen in the mornings and it's because of anxiety. I started Prozac a little over a week ago now and it's helped a little bit so far.

@phalk
There are clear distinction between Stomach ache, which is caused by inflation/ digestion problem, and spasm (like getting hit in the balls), which op is clearly the latter. Stress is more related to the former. Stretching does not help much with the former, and stomach aches have the feeling of needing the toliet in addition to low appetite, which op has not mentioned.

Target the cause of the situation not the symptoms. If you're having trouble with an assignment, go seek help, don't suffer in silence. Be organized, be successful, be confident.

@BurningDesire
Do as you please, but I can recommend that it does work, there are no side-effects, relatively inexpensive, and the list of positives go on. All the claims made in the video are 100% accurate.

I can also recommend the gummies or syrup.
