Why are Americans so freaking sensitive

*Disclaimer* if you get offended by anything I say, that is not my attention however, you'll be proving my point.

I've been thinking lately (a dangerous pastime I know) but I've noticed that Americans are extremely sensitive. What ever happened to "suck it up" or "get over yourself"? For example I have said that I do not agree with homosexuality but I still am friends with and love homosexual people despite me not agreeing with this lifestyle, of course I was still called homophobic and got a lot of hate by some pansies who couldn't respect other people's thoughts. Another example is the is viewpoints on celebrities and the like. I've noticed people being unnecessarily bashed for not liking a generally liked person or vice versa. The most extreme example is something I saw today. There was a video of a photographer being observed by a young elk. It showed mildly hostile behavior as it would bend it's head down and buck the man who was sitting on the ground. He stayed down so he wouldn't upset the elk and he got away unharmed. The elk was later put down for "repeated aggressive behavior". At least 80% of the comments said that the man had performed animal abuse because the elk was put down even though he did absolutely nothing to harm it. People went as far as to say that the man should have been put down. This begs the question. What causes us Americans to be so easily offended and hate others just because they differ in opinion? What do you guys think?

Here is a little secret: Everyone is an asshole on the inside. You don't see them everyday because that will ruined their public face, but when given chance they will show you how much of ass they are so don't be too surprise about it.

I remember back in the days where insults were a common thing and if I were insulted, I had to just simply shrug it off like it is nothing to it and the insaultee was simply looking for attention. Simply ignore them and they will go away and I come out ahead because of it, not being but-hurt because of it. Not giving them the satisfaction is the key here.
Now a days I'm hearing "safe spaces" and I'm all like what the fuck is this? Didn't have that back in the days and why do people need it now? Has the insult grown so much more abusive or are kids and adults alike getting too sensitive?
Now at the risk of getting bashed here I think the 3rd wave feminism has brought forth the PC (political correctness), which perhaps rendered people being overly sensitive. If the 3rd wave feminism didn't bring PC, then it must have been a coincidence, because they seems to existed at the same time. Perhaps I am wrong on this. If I am wrong, then I stand corrected then.
The free speech is getting attack constantly and to me fair speech is being pushed as a disguise as free speech, for which those are two different meaning.
Remember the old saying: The right amount of something is a good thing, too much of something can be a bad thing or something like "too much of a good thing is a bad thing".

Are you talking about Americans on the internet? Because it seems like we just piss our BS all over the internet for some reason (I have become better at not being this way), but in real life most of us are very reasonable.

Feminism infantilized women and now they need safe spaces with coloring books, play doh, calming music, and frolicking puppies when they hear the white cis oppressing male mansplain his manspreading.

The ideology doesn't have a very high opinion of women.

And thinks women need special handouts.

They also want

The children
The job
Dads money
taxpayer money

While the man gets

Child support
Alimony
Taxes
and Finances

They want to destroy the traditional family unit. They don't want women to have a choice to be a homemaker, they want to eliminate it. Feminist fought and opposed joint custody bills, paternity fraud legislation, move away issues, and inclusion of male victims of domestic violence in state funded services.

They want to prevent father involvement so they can profit from there own organizations, and their own life long carriers that spreads the myth of female oppression. They need gendered issues to bank off of it. So they try to completely ignore and shut down issues men face.

Feminism is anti male at its core and they seek to destroy men.

Feminism seeks to stop shared parenting.

National Organization for Women (NOW) the most mainstream feminist movement opposing Joint custody.

Feminist fought joint custody in 1986.

2001 women groups opposed shared parenting. And to sit at the same table as men.

2010 National Organization for Women oppose shared parenting.

They don't want equality with men.
