Smiley's Dream Log #2 - Sometimes the Dreams My Brain Generates are a Bit TOO Believable

I was dreaming that I chewed too hard and broke my teeth... and I felt it all... *shivers*
And the dream itself wasn't even a nightmare. This just... happened...
Otherwise it was a pretty pleasant one. I was moving to a tropical island ~5 kilometres away from a Greekish city, and I was flying around carelessly. I even got some coconuts that fell off a palm tree before I woke up.

@smileyhead all of them serve salads in REAL LIFE, but not in my dream....that's why it was a nightmare

If it happens a lot you might want to see a sleep doctor because it could mean that your brain isn't resting properly at night, causing other issues than tooth grinding

People, I'm not actually grinding my teeth, I just dreamt, that my teeth broke from chewing too hard. Like, shattered. And it felt bad. Wasn't painful, but bad.

Oh, my bad, glad you're okay tho :P Yeah I have those dreams too, one time I dreamt that my leg broke, and I actually woke up from the pain (no, I didn't kick my wall or anything during my sleep haha)

Also, when I scream in a dream, I usually also scream in real life, but it's more like a creepy moan, a bit like the sound of the monster in The Grudge, because I try to scream, but my body is still sleeping, so it comes out wrong and usually creeps de F out of my GF :P

you made me remember of someone who used to talk a lot while sleep, once this guy stand from his bed (still sleeping) and screamed very randomly "I'VE NEVER SEEN A POWERPOINT DUDE" and falled in the bed again XD

I only have one sleepwalking story.
When I was around 7, I walked out my room, sleepwalking, woke up my mum with my walking, she followed me, I went up to the fridge, opened it, sat in it, she quickly relised I was gonna take a piss, so she picked me up, ran to the toilet, and placed me on it just in time.
I was asleep the whole time, and don't remember it apart from her telling me.

for some reason I can always connect the things that happen in my dreams with things I did that day, but really exaggerated

yeah happened to me just now i was binge watching tokyo ghoul s1 and s2 and i had tokyo ghoul flash backs for a good 2 hours did not regret
