I just identified the source of your problem.

They long ago realised the best ad money comes from high ratings and the only way to get that is blow everything out of proportion and show people gore, violence and tits. It doesn't even have to be proportional, see also the animals bit.

Yeah.. we lived in Florida for 9 years. Always saw on news daily.. Shooting, accidents, pedestrian being killed, robbery, and etc. Sick of it. ENOUGH IS ENOUG, hate humid, the hospitals, doctors are too far, too hot and the nature there are too FLAT! Can't stand swamp due to dangerous animals there. I am fan of mountain and not flat at all. :)

So last month, we moved back to north in the USA where I came from. My family, relatives, and friends are so happy to see us moving here again. We are happy now.

The news in my area doesnt showing much of shooting, accidents, pedestrian being killed, robbery and etc. Not much and we regret moved to Florida in the first place but good experienced. A 9 years was good enough for us.

@tc, my local news are The godfather's death+all tc's local=my local news, that means every places are basically same: some humans murder other ones.

I blame all this crap on over population and strict laws
if we didn't have such strict laws ppl wouldn't be as tempted to break them
and withoit overpooulation we have no need to be agressive

I am not talking about gaters... Since I am into camping and outgoing.. Problem: Alligators, Florida Black Bears, mosquitoes, tick/lyme, and more. Here have mosquitoes but existing in Spring and Summer, Bears (rare sighting here), tick/lyme existing in Spring and Summer. So I grew up with those things here. In Florida.. (SHRUDDING) FORGET IT! :)

im actually allergic to them so im not able to go outside at night very much
ticks are pretty uncommon but I've gotten afew
and I've only seen bears in north florida
never seen one down in south florida where im stuck living

Sorry about your allergic to them but you dont have to worry about itching and rash, lol!

Anyway.. Dont get me wrong, Eix.. Florida is very beautiful.. Paradise and wildlife! NICE! Living there ? NOT WORTH! Vacation ? Sure. Thats all. :)

Okay, you got me. To me, vacation there is okay just for once but we went there 7 times and loved it before we decide to moved there. We just realised how STUPID DECISION ever made for 9 years, lol!
