ok i have bee getting really fed up with lots of their shit lately but this one really fucking tears it
no it is not about their ever shittier products and services this time
this time it is about their shitty online store
i ordered a CC on black friday with the assumption that i would be receive it in a timely manner ,it has been like a week now so i decided to check what was going on ,i put in the
order number and i found out that they will not even be shipping the product until the 27th , DECEMBER 27th ! it won't arrive until jan 7th 2 weeks after xmas ,
are they actually fucking serious? is there anything that this shitty little (HUGE) monopoly can't fuck up?

i have seriously had shorter shipping times from aliexpress

They were probably out of stock. It happens. At least they tell you the shipping time.
At this point I'd just cancel and buy one locally. Every electronics store near me sells them, it shouldn't be hard to find one where you live.

CC? oh, you mean a Chromecast? You could also not be lazy and actually use big-people words. :P

Yeah, it sounds like they were out of stock. I'm pretty surprised though, they were out and they won't restock until that. I say cancel and buy locally, or try another online retailer. Amazon won't have it, obviously, but try used on ebay. Might be able to get it cheaper.

It was out of stock more than likely. Always a good idea to check the estimated shipping date before you buy. My dad was going to buy a Google home mini from the Google store but saw that they were sold out and if he bought one it wouldn't ship out until late December. So instead he hopped over to best buy's website, bought the Google home mini for the same price, and scored a free $10 Best buy gift card and was able to pick it up in store the next day.

Moral of the story/ TL; DR: Always shop around and always check shipping dates or do in store pickup/ see if you can get a better deal somewhere else.

shittier products and services? what dont tell me you use the VASTLY supierior bing and internet explorer XD . dont complain about free shit and your own mistakes

i know but it was on sale for $20 i wouldn't get the deal but you would expect that if you buy something on black friday that you would receive it before xmas , also you can only get black from the retail stores , i ordered the lemonade one
these things must be dime a dozen if all the shops have them then how can the company that makes them not have in stock in their online store
it is amazing just how had badly this company operated and is at everything it does

That would explain it. Cheap deals always sell out quickly on black friday. They're still honoring the black friday pricing even though they were out of stock though, so at least that's good.

Don't blame google for them running out of stock... Black Friday stuff runs out SUPER fast. They got more orders than what they could supply and have to push the dates back. This always happens. Its the holidays too so they are just as busy as the rest of the people that work in shipping warehouses. *Works in a shipping warehouse* *is busy af* Expect things to not go your way during the holidays. I swear... People think that if they order NDA on the 24th they will get their package on Christmas as well. It kills me.

I ordered and paid online a physical game on black Friday, they fucked it up with my name (they only wrote my first name on it, no last name). They sent an email stating "if the address is not correct please let us know". They never replied to the email I sent them about it. The post company "couldn't find the recipient" and returned it.
I've sent them several emails, wrote then a couple of messages in their online contact form, phoned them over 40 times, still no answer.
My money is gone and their support lines are always "busy".
