Heh, my cousin spoiled my Christmas present..

..see this is what happened. One of my older cousins, whom I haven't seen in like, 4 years, comes over with the rest of the family. We're in the room alone talking by ourselves. Then he taunts me saying that he knows what I got for Christmas. Of course, he wouldn't tell me. Then he told me that I got Call of Duty: World at War. That didn't exactly narrow it down because I asked that for both PS3 and 360. Then he said that I am getting Grand Theft Auto IV which gave it away. I told my mom that if I get a PS3, don't get GTAIV and if I get a 360, buy me GTAIV because it has DLC. So he went ahead and told me that I got an Xbox 360. ^_^. So now I have to act surprised when I get it tomorrow. Heheh :'D

I have this thing in my head where if I spoil a surprise, I carry that guilt with me for a good month or so. I wonder why...

Wow, you're lucky. I wish I got a 360 for Christmas.

My parents have been telling me repeatedly that they're not getting me anything this year because of our financial situation. Eh. xP

Hehe, I still don't know what kind of 360 it is though. I know it's not an Arcade though because my mom told me that it didn't have enough space on it lol.
Lol, Why does your mom know so much about the 360?
She doesn't lol. We were looking up the different 360 consoles and read that the Arcade had like 256MB worth of space and then she said "No, that's not enough space" XD

I would actually be well gutted if someone told me I was getting an XBOX 360 for christmas before I knew I was getting it, and it was supposed to be a surprise. Your cousin is an ass :/

Just from reading the topic title, I expected:

-360 + 47 games
-PS3, signed MGS4 edition + 25 games
-New computer
-Some ridiculously expensive car
-$75,000 "spending money".

The list goes on.

Firstly, I bet you can't really wait to get those. Then again, he might be joking.

Secondly, you're a really lucky guy! I mean my mum had to see an advert for me to get it.

Examples:
Wii - to get it, I had to make my mum see an advert about the Wii, describing what's it about, etc. She then bought me a Wii.
360 - well I was asking my mum to get me a 360 for Xmas but she denied as she thought it's old. Luckily, a lot of 360 commercials have popped up around November (you know the weird adverts where they show this person's face and the camera slowly goes on the back of the person's head) and she said "Hmmm.... they are really advertising the 360 a lot. Maybe I should get you that for Xmas" so I got excited.

If I had that cousin, I would get mad because I love to be surprised. Also, if someone tells me that they will get me something, I expect them to give it to me. If they end up not giving it, I feel really gutted.

hmm...... same here. except for when i spoiled the end of halo 3 for my friend, that was just hilarious.

I don't really believe you because of your sig. Did you sneak it out?

Too fucking slow and stupid

Lol, I "just" got a guitar for xmas.
But that got spoiled too.

The box, just looked like a guitar box.

and this morning, my 4yo brother came to wake me up, together with my 6yo brother, because, they weren't allowed to open their present, untill I was downstairs.

And on the way downstairs my 4yo brother said "Oh! Your present is a guitar!".

I was like.. "okaaaayy.."
