Basically, maybe I'd egg him on to come and kill him. Then when he swore to do it and is coming over to do it, call the police. When he gets there with the weapon, they arrest him.

Step 1: Call the police.
Step 2: Beat him up before the cops come, leave some broken bones to teach him not to mess with you. (He doesn't sound tough, so this shouldn't be hard, unless you're more of a pansy yourself.)
Step 3: Tell the police he tried to stab you or something and it was all just self-defense.
Step 4: Cover a weapon with his fingerprints.
Step 5: Cops will come and take him away.
Step 6: Ditch your girlfriend, she's obviously still not wholly yours.(This is one of the reasons why I don't want a girl who had an ex)
Step 7: ????
Step 8: PROFIT!

Note: Before attempting to do Step 2, bring a knife as a prop, you need a weapon to cover with his fingerprints right?

PS: I'm not twisted.

If you tell his parents about what he's doing, be careful. Assuming he's as crazy as you say, someone had to have taught him. So tread lightly around his parents. I suggest you neglect telling them that you are the girl's boyfriend, as that might make them stand by their son's side. I suggest you go as an "impartial friend" of the girl so they won't think you have a good reason to take their kid's side.

You may even want to do it over the phone and don't even reveal yourself to them. And it might even keep you from having a run-in with the kid. I suggest you tell them that he's been bullying the girl and controlling her. And cheating on her too. And also mention that he threatens people's lives with a knife.

Best not to tell his parents anything, because if they believe you and confront him, he'll know who to blame even if you don't reveal your identity to the parents, and then you're in serious trouble.

I have no balls. She called and I didn't even bring it up... but apparently another psycho ex from georgia somehow got her phone # yesterday and called her, saying that they are getting married next december. She laughed in his face.
It worries me how many of her exs are insane :/

The fact that she has insane OPs must mean there's really something wrong with your situation now, the best method is to ditch her, it would end everything, and the fact that she has a lot of exes makes her sound like she's a total slut.

Gotta agree with Veho on this one. Usually with kids like this their parents are just as bad. Chances are grassing him up will just get you grief from the whole family instead of just one psycho knife wielding Jason Vorhees wannabe.

If she's attracted to psychos mate chances are she always will be and you'll always have trouble with them. She might be trying to break her bad habit by dating you (or you're a psycho deep down lol). If the guy's a blade carrier and you can't fight then you should consider getting an extendable baton (http://www.bladeplay.com/item--21-Extendable-Steel--3238), learning to fight well enough against someone with a knife takes a long time unless you've got naturally quick reflexes and a natural ability to stay calm.

But there is a whole bunch of things you can do, I can't fight either and sort of look for the smart way out, but I get some pretty bad ideas. Like you said about him carrying the knife, you could use that against him. Save that MySpace message, that could also be used. Or organize a something, call the police to organize a meeting with him to prove he wants to kill you, organize it with him, piss him off to the point where he's going to come a certain day, be there, have the police there to get him.(Told you I get bad ideas.

But your girlfriend out too, make her feel more confident, take her somewhere for a walk or somewhere to eat. Talk about it more with her, but don't bring it up if you guys are having a good time, if you guys get quiet, you need to mention it. This is how I keep failing xD I keep forgetting to bring it up, or just really can't...

REMEMBER: Don't let people control her. She's yours(not in a "Hey bitch I own you" kind of way, more like your not going to let someone hurt her or take her)and make sure of that.

But tell the authorities, try not to get into a fight or any violence, keep far away from that. If you can handle it calm and peacefully, erm... that'll be good.
