My Retarded Ideas #1 (New Series)

So, Im gonna make a series for retarded Ideas.

Ill start with a 3ds one.

Idea one: Ninty is killing freeshop guys, but that's ok. You can still steal from ninty. Simply go to the store (a used game store like Gamestop or some place that allows returns), buy a game, rip the cia of the game, install that cia, then return that game to get your money back. It is foolproof. Hey Ninty Try and prevent that!

Ill post my next dumb ass idea in the near future. But for now, Pls Give me feedback :3

tbh I think that was already done before, but the great part about that idea is that you can use it with almost any game you think of.

I tend to buy my games, the sad part about Freeshop being gone, for me anyway, is out of region demos/ old demos that are no longer up for eshop download but are still on the servers.

Yea, but thats why you return the games after you buy them. And i also forgot that sellers in brazil are selfish and demand high prices

you will barely find normal games stores and they wont have used games just new, at shopping i found a store selling old DS games for like 40 dollars, close from my last job there was a store that opened just for 3 months and closed, when i went to see the prices just fucking minecraft was more than 80

Jesus Christ dude, that's expensive. I know the Genesis is still pretty popular there. How expensive would that be?

no my dude, it's not about being selfish and demand high prices, this is the Brazil factor, anything that you make outside, or even inside here will be expensive :)
taxes nibba high taxes, why do you think nintendo left? i mean nintendo wasn't even working directly here, but they said they wouldn't work anymore because taxes are too high to work with, sellers have nothing with it, they pay a high price to get the games, so they have to sell for a high price

JellyPerson well TecToy still has SEGA copyright things so, they made a loooot of genesis models but just the last genesis model uses real hardware parts instead emulation, it's around 90 to 120 bucks, my brother bought one, it's really shiny and pretty, they also re-released a few cartridge games

i bet half those sellers buy off ebay for less than 10 dollars plus like 5 or 10 dollars for mailing./ then they sell for double what they spent. @BlueFox gui

eh, it depends, buy things from outside also get high taxes, it's hard to get anything, if it was that easy i would get everything from ebay, i have an example someone sent to me a used modded Wii that he would usually pay $10 dollars for it used, and here it got taxed for $100 dollars, ofc i don't have that much of money so i gave up on it and selected to send it back, and just for you know how our mail service is horrible, they always break people's products and they are really slow, it took literally 2 or 3 days for the USA service to send the package, it took from 1 to 2 months just to get out from one place to another inside brazil, and took 2 or 4 months to send back to USA

This looks like a hilarious start to a series, and that's actually an awesome idea with a nice "stick it to the Man" attitude on top of it that I hope continues in the next installments. May I respectfully request that you retitle the series to "Dumbass Ideas" or something in the future? I'm not usually one to tell people what words they should feel they're allowed to use to describe something, but "re****ed" is one of those words that I think a lot of people would rather fall out of circulation, given the stigma associated with it

    @SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that

    I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
