The hypocrisy in the Switch Scene

I saw many people hate on TX for using open sourced code without respecting the license and condition. I can understand that this is bad.
But those same people, without a shame, pirate hundreds of games. In my opinion, this is worse than not respecting a license for a open sourced code.
You are basically stealing devs that worked hard (In some companies, the work conditions is inhuman) on making those games.

So please, if you are going to complain about that license bs, at least don’t be a pirate. This is so lame and hypocrite.

I can't speak for those people; I'm just trying to rationalize how you're comparing apples to oranges. Again, piracy =/= plagiarism. In one scenario, nobody makes money and in the other, someone who did not do the work is stealing the money from the person who did. Its like that one dude who does no work in the group project but gets an A because its a "group effort".

For what its worth, I don't care if people buy SX OS or have already bought it. I bought Gateway when it first came out and I still use it despite its inferiority to free 3DS CFW such as Luma. If I paid for something, I intend to fully use it.

@m4xw that staff member was totally disrespectful and incompetent. I’ve ignored and excused many times his childish behavior.
But this time I had to talk to make him get down from his cloud.

But since the beginning. You knew I was a SX OS user so you always treated me with no respect.

Forgot to mention that I'm not a fan of this bashing either. Let people use what they want to use. There was good reason to buy SX OS at launch. It was the only CFW that could load backups. LayeredFS was never meant for backup launching and was too convoluted. SX OS had about a good 2 months of backup-launching exclusivity. Nobody knew how long this gap would have been before the advent of ReiNX.
