I played both and I prefer the Vita version for the following reasons:
Better translation
It has a jump button
It has better controls (withstanding a jump button) as I played it with the glorious Vita DPad, I'm being harsh on the Wii version because I had shitty controllers back then( I was a poor student)
It looked better imo but that's probably due to it being on a smaller screen and looking sharp on my OLED Vita
Sounds good. I only have the PS Vita Slim is the OLED that much better?

does the vita not have like 4 other games that people generally say it's a good buy for, two of them being uncharted and that other fps i never remember the name of
I use a Slim these days and it's honestly fine. I got rid of my OLED a while ago. While the screen isn't as good, it is still a good sharp screen, has a decent resolution and is still serviceable today. The fact it's lighter and has a more sustainable charging port makes up for it imo. I'm playing IA/VT and it still looks very nice. It's not like the 3DS which has a dogshit resolution.
I've yet to play any Persona game but honestly if I did it would probably be on the Vita for this one since it don't look all that great on PC anyway aside from 60fps which isn't a big deal on those RPG games.
You control a kitten. You fall out the window and have to make your way back home. Solve some light puzzles, do cat things like knock stuff over and steal things, trip people up when theyre walking, pounce on birds, complete goals/tasks etc. in the process of getting back to your home.
@SylverReZ It's short but adorable imo. Im a HUGE cat lover. Can be completed in a couple of hours if just going for the main goals. But can be stretched out a good deal by exploring and doing everything there is to do and see.
