What type of bananas? Because if you aim for brown ones going on black, saving that you then mix them with some oats to make biscuits or put them in a banana bread or hummingbird cake, rather than green then we are not going to be friends.
That said I do know people that genuinely detest the things.
@FAST6191
You seem to know a lot about bananas *leny face*
But jokes aside... do you know this type of bananas?
It's called: "Plátano Macho" and I believe this species MIGHT grow in other places than my country's soil.
It's NOT YOUR TRADITIONAL PLATANUS / BANANAS
This is a different kind of bananas.
They're easily recognizable because they're maybe twice the size of regular mushy Yellow bananas, and the black spots on these aren't because they're going bad or because they're old / left inside a plastic bag. And the pulp / meat / banan itself is hard. Kinda like a pear or a peach.
These are deliciously good when deep fried (just like you would fry your french fries or potato chips) and it's usually consumed with condensed milk (once fried) and some chocolate chips.
I don't like the sweet version of this, so I'd just grab a bunch of these deep fried bananas and just spice them with Salsa Valentina, some lime and salt.
If anyone here is able to find said kind of bananas, try them as the video shows!
