Haven't posted a blog in a while so I figured I might as well since I'm trying to avoid doing my English essay.
So how 'bout that Resident Evil 5? I've been playing non-stop since a week before it was released and I have to say the game is simply amazing. The co-op is awesome, even when your friend sucks/gets killed all the time/cannot press buttons when prompted (QTEs). After a lot of hard work, I finally got all the achievements and it feels good man :] It's nice to have finally gotten all the achievements in a game. Especially a Resident Evil game. I've been a fan since RE2, so it meant a lot to me.
I had an Orchestra concert yesterday and it went really well. The concert was sort of a fund-raiser for band and orchestra so we can get some money and hopefully go play at Disneyland or something. I think we did fairly well, one of the event coordinators told me we sold about 175 tickets or so... so that's pretty good. I was really nervous when we got on stage, but after about our second song, I finally got "in the zone" and relaxed. (Btw, I play first violin... and I'm first chair/concert master fufufufu)
My friend has been bugging me for a while to watch Wall*E. I finally finished downloading the 720p version a couple days ago and just got around to watching it today. It was so good! It was really sweet and funny, and the animation was just mind-blowing. The movie looked really good at 720p in my new monitor
I could have gotten the 1080p version for maximum awesomeness, but I didn't want to be downloading it forever. I'm really glad I watched it though, it's definitely one of my favorite movies now.
eeePC... well, I've been wanting to get a laptop for a really long time now. However, I don't have the money... but I've decided to sell my iPod Video and my PSP to make funds for it. I haven't had much luck selling stuff at school, and my iPod didn't sell here at GBAtemp, so my next stop is craigslist. Hopefully someone will want either one there.
