so i went to a new skatepark today, it's WAY closer to my house. like it's a 40 minute bus ride, when the other one i THOUGHT was the closest is like 2 hours away. so that's great, anyways i got there right and i was like oh snap diddly pop revert skater tricks and asked some kid if he wanted to skate together.
little did i know. that was gonna be a big mistake
after conversing with him, he turned out to be a massive poser but still be good at skateboarding. he was a skateboard poser... but he was an everything else poser. one of the examples is how he said he fucked all these bitches yet the lil guy was 12 lmao and then he also said he vapes ALL the time and when i let him try mine he DIED coughing and blamed it on the nicotine(which is only 6% and he claimed he did 50%).
then... his friends showed up. now i have a group of 10-14 year old's all trying to hit my vape, steal my monster energy drink from me and this one kid even asked if he could have my phone and sleep at my house tonight. it was pretty wild.
aside from the weirdos at the park... it was fun. i practiced my ollies again, i've figured out i'm leaning too much in any which way direction. so now that i try to jump STRAIGHT up everything's coming together nicely. i hope to be as good as those rippers at the park one day.
i really like this hobby, it's much better than rap. not only can i make friends doing this, i can continuously get better and not need to worry about seeing no progress or whatever.
on a side note... i need to set a time for a job interview tomorrow as of writing this... idk what i'm doing lol, i'm growing up too fast and it's a lot but i'll be fine
