Unexpected, but nonfunctional, Admin options in drop-down list?

Well, that just happened, in the "Pokémon mechanics you'd like to see" thread I just posted in. As I said there, neither "IP" or "History" work for little ol' non-Admin me, yet they're there for some reason...
