yet another day no net

this makes the 4th day my entire complex has no internet and it's not piracy related (as i doubt half the city is pirating stuff yes HALF the city is in a net blackout and i read other states that cox communications is in biz with is also having issues as far as LA in california worst off cox is the ONLY high speed ISP servicing the city Verizon chickened out on a deal for laying down fiber optics cause the city asked for a hefty price tag as of now I'm using foxfi masked (as my cell company charges extra for hotspot, but when your net is down whatelse can I do have trouble responding to emails via my phone and i had e paperwork to sign pass due do to the net being down

If you live in an area that you are stuck with one isp and it goes down all the time it sucks for you.

i plan to upgrade my phone plan yo unlim tier ($60) this is beyond f-ed up especially since i might lose my section 8 for not e signing paperwork in time (wonder if i should lawyer up if that happens)

funny i called cox today (getting a tech out monday) also they said no outage was detected (I call BS since at least 2 others are affected) also i suspect someone unauthorized is/was on my network prior to this (think i know who it was too) i changed my wifi password including the routers access password (to access the router directly to change settings) i susspect this cause a phone (kev's phone) appeared on my network (this is also why i might know who it is) any other security help could be useful too (I am using WPA2-AES encryption thats why i'm more worried since i'm using the strongest encryption method on my router)
