Wow...goin' old skool. Nice. My six year old nephew has Silver. He often tells me of his victories. He's pissed off 'cause he doesn't have a DS (he went PSP) and thus cannot play Soul Silver with me.
I bought Crystal used a few years ago. The battery still works, but I fucked up the time doing the cloning glitch. (6x Kadabra with Psychic, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, and Thunderpunch ftw)
Those were the days.
I still have my original Silver and Gold too. And yes, nine f-ing years ago. ^^
When they came out, I spent 89 Gulden for each game (dutch cash, like 40 euro now?) on those games. It was all the money I owned at the time.

I still have it too, I remember when all of my friends were playing it, good times
Ah, fond memories. My original Silver data was awesome, but I lost the cartridge when I went to Ocean City in Maryland. I mean I had good Pokemon and Mewtwo and shit. All I have left is my Crystal cartridge, which I gave to a friend. My Yellow cartridge broke a while ago too. The only ones I have left that work now are Sapphire and FireRed.

The old kind of save memory needed to have constant power to keep remembering.
btw @BigOnYa the health bar doesnt decrease when i take damage (and yes i put the "at the beggining of the scene change value of greenflatbar: set to Protagonistcopmode.Health::Health())
@Xdqwerty there is health behaviour you can add to your character, then to use a health bar is lil more complicated, google n watch a few tutorial video on it, be too hard to explain here.
I know you have to create a health and health max variable. Then there is a calculation you use in code to subtract width size of the health bar. Google few vids.
