my kid lost his mother at the age of 4 and his dad was in jail, that's when i took him in. he always recalls positive memories of his mom and while sad, he expresses happiness when he thinks about her just the same. it's different for a child, but things are well for him now and everything will be well for you

I lost my father in a plane crash back in '86 - we were not very close, but I do still miss him.
The good news is I see him every day in the mirror, as I look very much like him - so the memory lives on

Im Sorry for your loss... Life will seem more quieter for a while now... But you cant stop going through life. These things will happen through hard times. Hopefully, shes in a good place now, and soon so will you, and then you can spend all the time you want with your mom up there. It sucks how every1 will have to go through these losses... You, your mom went through it, your kids will... cause no one lasts forever. You can only get the best of them while they are with you, and once gone, you have to let go...

Okay I'm going to guess your mum was in her late 40s or early 50s, and from my opinion, I think living over half a century is enough to live for.

Well don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to say your mum deserved her death. I'm just trying to say that you probably had some good memories with her before her death.

That's really sad to hear. But don't let this bind you. If I had a child and I left this earth unexpectedly, I would want that child to live their life to the fullest. Remember that you are her child and that she will live through you. So be the best you can be for your mother's sake. And you can leave this world knowing that you made her proud.

I just wanna let you know that all of us tempers give you our condolences.
Maybe we don't know you and your mom so well, but still, may her soul rest in peace.
I cried when my teacher (who I used to see only like 1ce a week) died, but I can't imagine how it is for you.
You just have to know that most moms are good people, they care for you, they're there when you need them, etc.
And good people go to heaven.
It is promised that a person will never frown in heaven, so your mom's having a good time..
But here's the thing: I also want you to know that up there, your mom doesn't want to see you cry.
We don't want to either.
You might feel like your throat is closing basically (at least that's what I felt at the loss of my teacher), but when you stop looking at the mirror and see your sad face, and just try sitting and relaxing, things'll eventually get better.
As for now, although you might find it difficult/inappropriate, try doing something you enjoy a lot.
