Be a good person and donate it to those less fortunate? (i.e. the homeless).

The homeless wouldn't be so poor if they weren't lazy. They blew up there time when they were in school and didn't study and decided to do stuff. They still can get a job and get $7 dollars an hour which will support them. They are just to lazy.

I don't think donating it is the best option, because personally I wouldn't.
But saying all homeless people are lazy is pretty ignorant. Most of them have a mental illness, and physically can't work.
If you're after something gaming-related, I'd say go for a modern console that you've wanted for a while. Most of em are around that range now or less - you could probably get a Wii, X360, PS3, DS or PSP used, maybe even new, for less than what you've got.
If you want something real big, save it up, man. That's what I do.
My call, save it up until you know yourself what you want.
If you ask people what you could do with the money there seems to be nothing atm what you could need right now.
Usually you end up spending money on something that youre going to have fun with for little time.
Just wait till you naturally crave for something on the market
