Gundam00? Season 2 is about to start in October. Gives enough time to watch season 1 before it starts.

You could probably find dual audio versions...but what's wrong with the dub? Also, don't see Azumanga Daioh + every other good anime out there.

Fix'd that for you. Also, Higurashi is very gory, and confusing for a bit. If you don't mind it, it's awesome. Watch Higurashi no Naku koro ni, and not Higurashi no naku koro ni kai. Kai is the second season. 2nd arc of Higurashi = Better than Death note, imo.
