He didn't put his name on it and posted it on the internet.
Now it's the background video for one of the many Caramelldansen songs for Stepmania.

that's why you watermark your videos....so that way people will know the original creator...

and due to youtubes new license option...*setting it for others to copy it*

they could get in trouble

So what? It's not like you owned any rights to anything. In fact, you more than likely copied things from other websites in order to write that up. I don't see why you're so upset about this. Someone found your little piece useful and decided to share it. There's nothing you can do about it (besides sit and cry on the internet), so just move on. Be flattered that someone liked something you did.

Well, it's easier said than done. I wrote a really good (In which I have gotten lots of positive reviews) DS music hacking tutorial, and someone just copied and pasted it. I wasn't too impressed, but it was my intellectual property. Therefore, I had rights to make sure that people had permission to repost it. I'm hoping no one else did so, or else they will suffer dearly. I know exactly how you feel. Try reporting it for content theft and try to prove that it is yours.

Nope, I don't even own a 360. I am some what active on a few other sites, but mostly active here on the Temp and mostly only in the EOF and NDS scene.
