Another New Blink-182 Single

is it wrong that i liked up all night better?

Up All Night was okay, but it was littered with the sounds of AVA.

This sounds more like NOFX to me than Blink 182 And I thought Up All Night was great and sounded like take of your pants and jacket, that self titled album, and enema of the state... never got into AVA, but didn't find the song to have THAT much AVA-sound...

This however, sounds angrier, punkier, NOFX-ier

I liked Up All Night better too.

I really want this album to come out.

In Up All Night, there was too much AVA sound. I don't like AVA that much, so it is a bit of a turn off for me. I feel like this song has a much more smooth flow and just sounds better.

I fucking hate this song. I shit you not. Up all night was the much better song, but don't get me wrong, both suck. Im still waiting to hear that one song that makes me feel good like what's my age again, first date, and the rock show. Maybe that blink will never happen again. I think they now give a fuck about things.

Big fan of Blink-182; i actually like what i've heard so far, but i would like to listen to songs like those from Take off your pants and jacket and Enema of the State

Regardless though, their new album will be the first album i will actually buy in quite a couple of years.

Oh, don't get me wrong. The new songs aren't phenomenal in the least. I'm not rushing to download them and throw them on my MP3 player. This song is better than Up All Night for me though, but like I said, I'm not a huge fan of the AvA sound. I'm hoping that when the album comes out, that some songs do blow my mind. Like I said in the first post, the album is due out September 27th. Hopefully the two songs out aren't an indication of the quality of the full album, or else I may be rolling in disappointment in the long run.

This song is closer to older Blink though, which I appreciate. If they can reel it back another step, it would be much better.
