Thundercats Ho

Today was a nice day. As I was minding my business, I took notice of a guy, holding two boxes, coming up to my house. These turned out to contain orders which had finally come through (hell, one of the things had been ordered once before, nearly five months prior to its delivery). All of these were shows, and quite hard to come by in these part.

The shows were:
-Rozen Maiden & Träumend, saw some episodes a while back, and fell in love with some of the dolls (Hina Ichigo in particular).
-Fate/Stay night, a good show, what else is there to say.
-Tsukihime, it was decent (apparently the VN/manga is superior, but I haven't read those yet), and I just couldn't leave it for the price it went for (€23).
-Kara no Kyokai 6 (oblivion recorder), just three more before it's complete.
-Rin, Daughters of Mnemosyne, this one was bought on a whim, haven't seen it yet but it might be interesting.
-The Skullman, (points to avatar) big fan, that is all.
-Fullmetal Alchemist (2003-2004 series) + Conqueror of Shamballa, loved this show, so I couldn't pass it on.
-Aika, not something I'd normally buy, but well, this is some childhood nostalgia (saw it way back in the day on Canal +, actually, now that I think about it, it might've been one of the first anime series I've seen).
-Thundercats, the one I was looking forwards to the most. I initially ordered it on another site, and after five months I got the message that it was cancelled (unable to deliver). So I ordered it somewhere else and less that 24 hours later I had it in my possession.

Had a bit of a scare after popping in a disc though, some of the series were US and it seemed my DVD player was region locked. Fortunately there was a code to change the regio (it's region-free now :D ), just have to connect it to my other TV to get colour (due to the NTSC output).

All in all, a nice day :P.

I feel for you, so much. Especially Tsukihime. When you get the chance, i SERIOUSLY suggest the VN, atleast for Tsuki. The anime is so bad fans outright deny its existence(LOLWAT THERE'S NO TSUKIHIME ANIME QUIT DREAMING MAN). For example, the scene where Arcueid runs from Shiki, let me just tell you that she's so fucking powerful she would have outright annihilated him if he came at her head on. Minor VN spoiler
The only reason he managed to kill Arcueid was because she was caught entirely by surprise, and was not anticipating it at all, she never ran from him, SHE NEVER SAW HIM until the end. Alongside another secret related to Shiki, which i am not going to say because i can't remember if its said in the anime or not.
Also contains the full plot and the other routes for Akiha, Ciel, Hisui and Kohaku.

F/SN VN has several other plot details, and a route for Tohsaka and Sakura, also shows how Shirou matures, shows his thoughts. Again, much better than Deen's horribad animation.

KnK however, YOU GOT MY COMPLETE APPROVAL THERE. Ufotable did a fucking brilliant job with them, seriously. So much epicness! Also, ordered the 30 min epilogue as well?

Also since Ufotable > DEEEEEEEEEEEN(Guys who did the horribad F/SN anime) by far, you might be interested to know that they are doing a prequel anime for F/SN, Fate Zero, based of the novels by Urobuchi. After KnK, hopes are high this will be just as brilliant. Here's a trailer collection thingy:

Also has FUCKING YUKI KAJIURA doing the music, so expect awesomeness there as well.

^Couldn't help writing lolwalltext there since i am a total nasufag :3
Other than that, its great you got all that! Have fun~ :3

Yeah, I kind of want to read the VN (both of them), but I can't find Tsukihime at the moment :( edit: Ignore that, I found it lying around on another HDD :yay: (I have Fate lying around somewhere). I would've used VNDS, but the thing just crashes on me, and I can't really be bothered to fix it. Still, as long as you haven't read the VN yet, Tsukihime is decent enough.

KnK is great, and I'm seriously planning to get all of them (need Seven, Epilogue, and Remix to complete the set). I just hope that the publisher here (Kaze) releases them (I'm hoping to get them all from the same publisher, if at all possible). Worst case scenario though, is that I'll have to get Remix and Epilogue from another publisher, because I do intend to get them all when they come out here (Six has just been released around here).

As for Fate/Zero, yeah, I'm pretty hyped about that, just need to find a good group (planning on using UTW at the moment, but I don't know which other groups are subbing it).

So thanks, I'm sure I'll have plenty of fun with all of them (barring dissapointment with Rin, I still have to watch it but there are plenty of other show that come first at the moment).

Nah, she was in a relationship with Tygra (in the comics at least), so that'll have to be Pumyra's job (or Wilykit's, who knows :creep: )
