Considering Creating a Company

Alright.
A while back in 2014 when I had originally played Minecraft mostly back in the day, I took into consideration building custom made maps on a server named The Hive. I was eventually invited by a owner of a server to join his team. I agreed but I eventually realized he was younger than me 11 - 12 years old.

I eventually met him again, and I considered joining him again this time as a Head Moderator/Staff Manager. And a lot more was getting done than previously before.

However keeping in mind our age, and me being the second oldest user in the group, I am worried about how we are going to set up the server once money is no longer a problem (We can get legit actual jobs.) I am worried about the owners decessions.

He doesn't know what to do as a leader mostly, and I have to fight with him sometimes to get my point across. But I have faith 10 - 20 years from now it may be better than it originally was today...

Of course we have pro coders, builders, etc... However the way the group is being lead by the owner (Which I have no power agasint.) I am struggling for us to succeed becuase I literally have to manage the server rules, chat, etc with no Mod help once so ever. What does the owner do? He gets involved with the group of needed, and pays for the server, ($9.99 USD Month so far since unpublished, it's being worked on still.)

What would you guys recommend I do. I feel just completely leaving, and starting my own would be good, but I can't pay for the fee's (Due to allowence, me being 15, unable to work, etc.)

Don't start a Minecraft server. Trust me, already tried. It's hell. Plus Minecraft PC is going down the tubes. I ran it for about 1 year. I regret running one now.

Creating a company and hosting your own Minecraft server are two entirely different things... If you're not getting paid, and not enjoying yourself, don't do it, simple as that. And since $10/m is too much for you, I wouldn't recommend making your own either.

I do enjoy it,
Not saying its bad, its just the owner. I had the same thought to make one when I was older. Still haven't yet.

@Gameboyandwatch have you ever played on the mini game servers? That's where i'm trying to get my route going, but so far its been a pain in the ass. (I know regular Minecraft is boring. Survival Mode.)

Also its all volunteer. None of us are getting payed, and its all done to give our ideas, and imagination of video games to the public, and to avoid paying for the actual game lel.

I just don't see a reason to work on a Minecraft server anymore. It's boring, and it sucks. The only situation where I would manage a server is if I was the owner. And I don't think I ever want to own a server again.
