Obviously, I don't really know the situation, but from the outside you're may seem unreasonable especially if said mom finds this blog(s) (especially if there are custody issues/court issues involved)
That being said people can be really REALLY shitty and I'm sorry you're not able to communicate with your children and I hope the situation gets better for all involved
Inevitably they'll be able to make their own decisions and talk to you freely later on in life, but I know that's not now.

Sorry to hear about what you are going through at the moment DeadlyFoez but just like MythicalData I would urge you to be cautious in what you post as if the wrong people see your posts you could make your situation a hell of a lot worse. Also I'm pretty sure your children would be upset at you if you posted such personal details about the situation.

It's up to yourself what you do but like I said just be very cautious in anything you post as even small things you say could and probably will be used against you.

i would keep quiet because this can be used against you in any custody hearing but do report everytime (to the courts) when your denied visitation hopfully your voice would be heard and hopefully will be resolved (especially if she's harming them) any smart judge would hear your side too also if she finds out about what your posting she could sue you for slander even if it's true

Ok, usually I dont give a shit about those things when people drag strange random people from internet into their personal problems, but your case is different.
Are you aware that you are going to ruin the image of the mother of your children on the net? Because I don't think your children will like that even if it's true they will still hate you for it.
The children will always love their mother unless she treat them like shit, even if she is bad and they know she is bad still they don't like someone talking bad about her on the net.
Try to find another way to communicate with them and keep family problems within the family, unless you lost hope and you said "screw it I will take it out of my chest" then go ahead.
And what makes you think you children will read your blogs? Are they using gbatemp?

Don't you all worry. I am not mentioning any names of family involved, so since I am not identifying them, it can not be said to be slander. She has already tried that before and got laughed at.

I know she is watching everything that I do online as she knows where I go and my usernames. She has been stalking me for over 6 years.

I understand what you are saying that it is not great for me to say this out in public, but there is no other place that my children will see online where I can say more than one paragraph at a time.

This woman has abused the court system for the past 3.5 years to keep my kids away from me all based upon lies of sexual abuse that were proven false but she knows how to work the system and the state is extremely biased towards women. My children know nothing about the lies that she has said to the police, the court, and even them. They are almost 14 and 15, and I am pretty sure that they can handle what the truth is. Maybe since the court system has only worked against me, having my children finally know the truth and be able to stand up for me then something might finally be able to change.

The lawyer that we spent quite a lot of money on has completely screwed up by coming into court and his office wreaking like alcohol, failed to notify me of a hearing, failed to communicate with me, blew off filing paperwork for 2 months that I had already signed.

Yes, every other part of the system and everything else has failed me when I am completely innocent of any wrongdoing. Even if my children never get to talk to me or see me again, at least they will finally have heard the truth and not think that I am so much of the monster that they believe me to be. This is my last ditch effort.

Usually cases like this may end up having a "gag order" put on them. I'd watch out for that too in any case if you're not able to talk to your kids or give them relevant information.
In regards to the lawyer you had every state has a so called disciplinary agency for lawyers. I'd look into that if you have means to back up your claims (not to question the validity, but you need proof)
This blog however should not be a last ditch effort in any case. I think your best course of action would be to get a new lawyer (preferably one who specializes in custody disputes) so you can at least work towards talking to your kids (however if there is not one already they might put a "gag order" on things). I wouldn't get too focused on this women and outing her you keep referring to (I'll just say the mom from now on) because that focus can be seen by the people you talk to (lawyers, judges, etc....) and they'll act on that at times
She's part of the family one way or another at this point. Your kids almost definitely think about you all the time, but that's also tough on them too. The courts primary concern are the children's overall well being physically and mentally. You probably know a lot of this already so sorry about the long shpeel, but soon they'll be able to talk to you and vice versa whenever you'd all like (and in the end the mom can't stop this).
