It may seem like a weird pizza but I swear it is delicious! I'll try to include some alternatives too. This was inspired by Prosciutto wrapped figs. Bacon wrapped Dates also.

Ingredients:
- Pizza Dough - I usually just buy pre-made at a local bakery. But you can make your own if you want.
- Olive Oil
- Figs - any kind will do. Fresh or Dried. Fig jam/marmalade can also work if you don't have access to figs. (You could also use Dates here. It's just as good but I don't have easy access to dates)
- Prosciutto - Bacon can also work. Maybe salami.
- Provolone - For the base layer of cheese, shouldn't be overpowering. Mozzarella works too.
- Gorgonzola - or Blue Cheese. Goat cheese can also work.
- Arugula - Or Spinach, Arugula preferred for the unique 'spicy lettuce' taste.
- Balsamic Glaze - or Balsamic Vinegar. you can even make your own glaze, but easier to buy it.
- (IF POSSIBLE) Black Truffle Salt - not needed but gives it an extra OOMPH!
