For a moment I thought I did something stupid

I still don't know anything about godmode or what feature does because there is no manual out there about it like what it means to dump a game or what back up system means or backup EmuNAND, etc.

I decided to back up my system before I update my system through Nintendo and what I didn't realize was it would write onto my SD card. it did that and it left me with 5,000 blocks. I decided to take the card out and put it in my husband's computer since his driver works. I go to gm9 and go to scripts and I see the stuff. I go to my other computer where I have the card backed up and it's through one drive so it's on my computer. I backed it up on my laptop and moved the folder to One Drive. I make a comparison and know not to delete any of those files. I check the out folder and I check it on my own computer and saw the difference so I copied the two to another section on the computer. I moved them but they automatically copied. Then I deleted them out of my out folder and the other files were still in the documents. I take the sd card out of the computer and put it back in my system and turn it on and all my blocks were back. I made a new folder on my husband's computer and named it EmuNAND backup and moved the two files there. That wasn't so hard. But I realized I had deleted all my 3DS themes from the theme shop I got from the freeshop unless the update did that despite showing the same amount of blocks I had with all those themes. People have complained about DLC being deleted and having to reinstall it when they go into the eshop. I had to go back into the freeshop and delete the DLC and reinstall it. Maybe one of the files I removed was the themes. But yet my theme stayed when it was deleted too.

Okay I just figured it out, going into the theme shop will delete my themes but the blocks will still be there unless I delete the data. I am still going to experiment like if going into My theme collection will delete them. My guess is because I have my NNID on this system, it is maybe deleting my pirated themes because I didn't buy them. I never had that problem on my EU system but I will see. I never created a NNID on there is why. At least I didn't delete it from the card on my husband's computer.

I just tried it again and I checked the other themes and it said I already owned them so I decided to try and download one of them I don't have on my system and an error occurred and it deleted all my themes again. Now I am going to see if going into the theme shop and doing nothing deletes them too.

Okay, it's official going into the theme shop and just browsing and doing nothing will not delete any of the content. But it sucks I can't have all 274 themes and I can't just go into the theme shop to download a theme or else it goes back to my regular themes I have. Now I am afraid to go into the eshop and then see my other games and data deleted. I will probably test it when I am done with Miitopia. I don't know if it's the new update hat is going it or me having a NNID.
