help?

back in 2012 i noticed little pad like things under my nipples
i didnt think much about it and i was told it was normal and they would go away (its been almost 6 years and they are still here even though they were supppsed to go away in just a few months)
then in 2014 i noticed that when i stand straight it looks like i have small breasts
revardless of wether i had a shirt on or not
so i started not standing perfectly straight but as straight as i could without them visible
but i now have a problem
about 5 hours ago i noticed they have gotten a little bigger
they are still small but now they are visible no matter what i do
its not really an annoying problem but im worried about what will happen if they are going to keep growing
i dont want to find some weird medical thing to make them shrink (mostly because i hate anything medical, especially hospitals and doctors) but i dont want them to keep growing
im fine with the current size since its small but if they keep growing there might be problems
also it took me 2 hours to type this because i feel asleep while typing :/

Go to a doctor and stop asking for medical advice on a gaming related forum.
What you're feeling are probably just the glands, but if you don't trust it, go to a doctor.

and even if i was i would make that clear
im just asking if anyone knows a way to either slow or prevent the growth

and seriously, i never heard about... things in nipples, i never had it and never heard about it

@Eix what you're describing sounds like the glands in there, there's nothing you can really do about that, but they shouldn't get too excessively big.
Again, if it's something you're worried about, you should go to a doctor.

It's normal. Men also have breast, of course.
And also, logically, men can also have breast cancer.
If you notice something weird developing there, better check with the doctor.
If it is a tumor, the doctor will sure do something to prevent it from growing further.

its both sides and they feel like female breasts :/

Well, then now you know, you are actually a female. Congrats.
It happens from time to time.
If you dislike that I guess you can try hormone therapy, I guess.

PS: I don't think that would be worth it, but if you really are that annoyed, well, it is an option.

Yeah, but anyway teenagers are normally a hormone mess.
If you just wait the hormone warzone that is your body will normalize after a couple of years.

Slowing such things entirely depends on the reason why it happens in the first place.
Since breast growth can happen for a variaty of reasons, though most connected to an increase in the female hormone(estrogen).
Though it comes down to that you best should go to a docter, since the chance of the cause being something negative is decent to high.

Well the negative is mostly if you are male.
which i presume since you seem to find it a negative that you are growing them.

then what i have said still stands, as in the chance of it being something negative.
It can however still be something benign though, but i still urge you to have it checked if you are able.
Since the reasons can range from tumor to life style(what you eat and inactivity), and what be inbetween.
