I feel like I've been ill for the entire year so far

Okay before I start this blog, I'd like to point out this is my 69th blog, so everyone comment "nice"

Anyways, I've been I'll for the entirety of 2019 so far, and it's been affecting me a lot. For starters, I missed almost the entirety of the first two weeks of this semester at school, causing my grades to bomb hard. While I have been able to recover some of my grades, they're still pretty bad (the Biology grade is supposed to say 1.4 Avg, not 1.4%, it's a bug). Anyways, as soon as I recovered from that, I started to become sick again from the flu. And after that had passed, I am now becoming sick with something else. I'm not sure what I'm sick with yet (I have an appointment scheduled for Tuesday), but I have been really weak and tired.

So yeah, 2019 hasn't been a good year so far for me health wise.

Some people get sick more than others, and one thing you have to realize is that you have to do your job and go to school even when sick.

The world isn't going to wait for you to get better.

Skipping class for being sick is still skipping class.

You know, kinda the same here. The last couple years I hardly got sick, but this year I've been sick pretty much the whole time. Hope you feel better, and if grades are an issue, be sure to speak to the dean and another authority and let them know you've been sick, they should understand and hopefully they'll figure something out to help.

You'd pick up more if you went than you would if you didn't though

That's why one day I decided if I had the strength to make it there I should go

If you were deathly ill that is one thing, but people rarely are

"Go to school and run the risk of getting other people sick for the sake of your education." That's literally all I'm reading here..

Yeah, that's another part of the reason I missed a few days of school too, I'm in a class with a few people who are known to have kinda weak immune systems, and I didn't want to fuck them over

You're seldom infectious after the first 48 hours AND whatever you have is likely already circulating at school anyway

    @Xdqwerty, Yeah, I'd recommend having another OS just in-case you want to play games.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    At least Linux doesn't contain spyware than what Windows has.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    @SylverReZ, cuz of lag?
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    @Xdqwerty, No. Whenever you use the internet on Windows, Microsoft collects personal data and installs bloatware that isn't necessarily needed, such as Edge.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    Speaking of which

    @SylverReZ,
    I recall @impeeza mentioned some trick about not having bloatware when installing windows where you set up your country to "world" or smh like that

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    Yes, you can debloat the operating system, but in some cases for me it just reinstalls them.

    @SylverReZ,
    I also recall my brother downloded a "non bloated" version of windows 11 on his pc

    @Xdqwerty yes, when you are installing Windows on the first steps you are asked for your current location, you MUST to select «international» so no bloatware is installed, because the bloatware is location based. if this night I have some time I will setup a VM and take screenshots.

    This one lady... her son kept installing Kazaa... OK no problem the issue is he would download DBZ movies and they where amazing usually like 2-8KB in size lol can't remember how many times I had to format and reinstall windows over his stupidity. I even explained to him about file sizes multiple times...
