A lot of people wondered why I am so protective with my Friend Codes. I now got experience as to why I do not wish to just give out my Friend Code to anybody.
This happened: I simply wanted to trade with another person in Pokemon Black/White, but the voice chat was on. I did not want to seem rude, and I did not know how to turn off the voice chat, so I just went with things. (The fact that I stayed out of politeness should have been a clue as to what problems were imminent.) Since I have problems talking with others, my benefactor deemed me very, very, very, very weird. Eventually we traded (Patrat for a Tepig my benefactor was willing to throw away), but things got painful. My benefactor even wanted me to trade me a Bulbasaur, but we both agreed that my benefactor deserved a better Pokemon. We disrupted connections after the Tepig trade, though. The worst thing was that my benefactor wanted my age. *holds Evoker to head*
I still want to give my benefactor an awesome Pokemon for his Bulbasaur as an "apology trade," but I do not want to do voice chat, especially with strangers again... I kinda want to cry, even though I am a boy... I just want to vent.
