I'm angry with the world.

Life's unfair.
I'm pissed off.
I'm sad, angry, and I want to fucking scream and shout my heart out.

I'm feeling helpless and alone.

I'd punch a hole in every wall, every door, break every window and kick furniture to splinters.

Hell. Life's hell.

You'll get over it. The anger will go away when you realize you're powerless to do anything about it and you'll become a bitter miserable person. You'll carry on despite what total trash life can quite frequently be, with some distant hope it will get better. Maybe you'll win the lottery or something and it will get a little easier, but then again, you might get into a car accident and end up dead in a ditch tomorrow. Life is shit, but it's the only one we've got. Moments of pleasure and happiness from time to time is all we have really, try to look forward to those. It sucks for everyone, but we won't be here forever.

Its a choice. How you choose to react to every situation positively or negative is solely dependent on yourself. You can either look at every obstacle as a learning point and see where you can improve yourself, or take the easy way out which is to blame somebody or the world for it and wallow in regret and self-pity.

I don't care about improving myself for feeling pissed about a family member dying in cancer.

Sorry for the wrong context. I've been through the exact same situation last year when a family member of mine passed away of cancer. I regret not being able to be there for them but it made me more attentive to things around me. You can spend more time with them so that you don't feel like you regret not being able to be there for them.

Well that doesn't concern me either, so there are no regrets or anything like that. I'm just angry at the unfairness of it all. It's the one in my family who works the hardest, is living the healthiest life, made all the right decisions, have a lovely daughter...

Life is never fair, that's a fact. We can't change circumstances but we can do what we can with what little we have.

If someone's working hard, they deserve to die in cancer? I don't find that helpful at all honestly.

But yeah, life sucks. I'd rather have a child rapist get cancer than a close family member.

I think he was saying you deserve the healthy life, beautiful daughter, etc. and not the family death.

@Issac I don't think English is his first language. All his posts are read half backwards. I really don't think he meant it as it sounded

Don't worry, life can feel like hell sometimes. Power through, it's our obligation to power through. To make the most of the responsibilities we inherit. To find our place. You'll find your place too, I believe that as much as I believe that I'll find mine.

P.S.: You're NEVER alone. c:

One word: Escitalopram.
10-20 milligrams per day can do wonders.

EDIT: care to elaborate on the cancer thingy?
I'm a doctor and I'd wish to know more.
And if you're concerned about privacy, you can always PM me.
