I'm finally getting most of my mess managed.

I'm putting some lights in facing the consoles. Still not sure whether to go with the LCD, one of my CRTs, or a combination of both. I've got quite a few smaller CRTs. This picture doesn't show it too well, but the A/V and power cords are a straight up mess. I'm working on some cable management that will hopefully look decent. Also, the console placements my be adjusted a bit. I had everything where I wanted it but my wife and kids wanted the WiiU brought back upstairs because it's really the only system we play as a family.

Any thoughts?

well im a mess with my cables as well ,your set up looks very decent , stay with the LCD go bigger so it takes some of the side space not all. In the hiding cable situation i would suggest getting some plastic molding to hide the cables they sell it at Home depot or some other hardware store they work really good you can paint them and they have a sticky side that you peel and you can mount but if that dont work i would use zip ties in a color of your choosing to hold it up ,also the molding come in an array of shapes and lengths . The led light that change color are in walmart for cheap and with a controller i got them for my gaming pc and they look awesome also they use power from a usb port making them usable with any old usb phone charger that you might have laying around the house
