It's a wonderful world

no it's not about twewy

Bummer. School sucks. It's the freakin third day of school and we already have projects D:. We are supposed to interview three people about this painting called "Into the World Came a Soul called Ida". It's a pretty creepy picture. Anyway, I don't like my new classmates. Too much in-groups = hard time making new friends. Uhh what else...
I bought an MG Aile Strike Gundam last sunday. Didn't bother painting it. Don't wanna. I already finished building it but still needs a little more sanding and gate-nipping. I'll also buy some Mr. Top Coat and Mr. Cement to make the thing look better. Yeah.
My bday is 14 weeks from now. Time to save money for gundam paint :yay:. I'll ask for an MG Unicorn :yay:. and probably compressed air. It sucks having an airbrush somewhere with no air D:
uhh.

Sure is humid here in the Philippines

Just downloaded Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn 720p. Will watch it this friday on the acer o!play :yay:
I love collecting boxes  gundam boxes, laptop boxes, game console boxes

I am anti-turn a gundam. Try to convince me otherwise.
Any gundam models you guys can recommend? I sorta want that gundam with the picket fences.

Grabbed a G-Gundam and a Shining Gundam HG last month

Sadly, no MGs around here :( Just one, which I can't even remember what model was. I'll probably grab one just to finally have a MG!

Sucks to be in a new class, huh? D:
Don't worry, it's always like that for everyone. You'll eventually make some friends and won't feel left out anymore. I still remember for one year I was the only one from my previous class in a new class, but somehow I managed to make some friends. :D Just chill and go with the flow. :yay:

@raulpica: no MGs? that sucks D:

@raika: I guess you're right :P. It's still our third day this school year but meh it took me two months to get friends last year D:

time to sleep. D:

1.) If you are getting an MG Unicorn, go for the OAV version instead of the Ver. Ka. (Sadly, I have 2 Ver. Ka Unicorns)
2.) Stop wasting money on compressed air. Buy a small hobby air compressor. It's cheaper than two MG models and will be cheaper than buying air in the long run.
3.) Mr. Super Clear (UV Matte) > Mr. Top Coat
4.) If you airbrush, pots of paint are P75 (Mr.Color or Tamiya) each so it's cheap to build a good selection of color. Water them down with thinner (Mr. Hobby or Tamiya) to about 20% paint, 80% thinner. That mix should still coat gunpla well and you end up with more paint for reserve. Mr. Hobby thinner come in big bottles, I buy those.

Question:
What air compressor do you use?

Question:
What air compressor do you use?
[/quote]My trusty Mr. Linear Compressor Petit has stood the test of time but expensive (mga 6k sa Special Toy Center dati pa sa Cubao, more than 10 years ago lol), upgraded to sorta to an Iwata model (I forgot which model but low PSI too). Now using Mr. Linear Compressor L5 I got second hand (For 10k!! super cheap for this model and I love it so much hehe) and the Petit.

If you can ask around, the air compressors they use for airbrushing makeup are the ones you want. Low PSI good enough for painting Gunpla.

Sorta biased on Mr. Hobby stuff since they haven't let me down plus local hobby shops have them. Iwata is a good brand and it's available locally. Dunno specifically where though.
