Title says it all. Haven't blogged so might as well. My son is doing great. Too bad the whole family is sick right now lol. We all have colds, his breathing is freaking me out too much but he is still handling it like a trooper. No problems sleeping, attitude is still the same, appetite is still there, I don't know where this kid came from. He is as perfect as it gets.
So I got my taxes back, and that was awesome. Due to having a kid you get sooo much more money back! We stacked away the car payment for the entire year, so thats $250 bucks a month back in my pocket.
I kind of want to get a cheap Android tablet, they got one for $129 at big lots, its 1ghz A8, and 4gb storage with SD slot. I got an android phone already so every time I try to go buy it or order one online, I keep going ahhhh fuck it my phone is good enough. I do have a netbook and if needed I can carry that around. Tablets are just so much more convenient but I fear I will never use it and it would be a waste of money.
Speaking of PCs I just got a broken laptop for $25 it has a damaged screen and keyboard, so in total its about $65 for LED screen + $13 for keyboard + 25 initial = $103 for a laptop thats worth about $240-270. I mainly have been buying/selling stuff for the trade value. Cash disappears too quick, but items tend to stay for a while. I recently got an Iphone in a trade, people seem to want iphones rather than video game stuff, i think its due to build quality.
If anyone reading this has not checked out DML yet, I highly recommend it. I love gamecube the only reason I don't play is because of discs, I hate using discs. (DML loads from SD).
My NY giants won the superbowl! I hope NE gets depressed and fires everyone on the team. They should be called the NY Patriots now!
I did quit smoking finally. I got sick for about a month, kept waking up and couldn't breathe well. After about 4 days I stopped smoking for an entire day, on day 2 I went to a doctor, he gave me steroids and an inhaler (which I need now since Primatene Mist went off the shelf due to CFCs being bad for the environment, I hate the medical community). Day 2 was a battle I fought the urge to smoke and once day 3 started it was easier. Its now been over a month and I have no urge to go back to smoking. When I see people smoking, it actually looks silly and disgusting. I think I hypnotized myself lol. Sure I miss the drug, but I don't miss the smoking. I've been struggling with that for about a year now, the actual smoking part has always been nasty to me, but the drug was pleasant. I've had to convince myself that I don't need that drug anymore and it worked this time. I also did this without any supplements or support.
