Little rant.

Time for a lil rant, but before i do this lemme explain to these sensitive people.

I am fine with what gender and sexuallity you like/are, if you like guys and girls, i don't care. If you don't know what gender you are and just classify yourself as both, it's okay. And note, i don't want to have a conversation about this. If you agree with me, feel free to say so. If you don't, please don't talk about it. I know i might sound like i dont want anything bad but i just know that if someone disagrees with me some drama is gonna happen and i don't want that. If you say you disagree then you didn't listen and i will delete your post because of it. Again, i don't want a conversation, i just want to say this and leave it there. Thank you very much.

Now, recently some stuff has been going down about the LGBT community. Now i will let this day pass by (in some parts) as it is coming out day.

But the thing is, if you are going to come out. Do it in a status please, because i keep getting notifications about people coming out and it annoys me.

Now imma talk about the GalladeGuy drama, tbh i believe both sides are not helping, and at some points it can be unfair. First off, i understand GalladeGuy could've offended you, and i completely understand why you would be, after if someone said "People with ADHD are complete dumb whistles who are fucking stupid" i'd go into Phoenix Wright mode and try to defend ADHD, but when you talk about gays and bis and homophobic people get offended, no one cares and at some points are glad they are offended. Which is unfair because 1. we're all different 2. we all have a right for free speech. Not saying i support homophobic people, i'm just saying to try to kill them because you're basically being really unfair.

Another thing is that LGBT is kinda stupid to talk about in a gaming forum. "Oh but you just said we all have free spee-" yeah but that was when people were relevent to the subject, but why are we only talking about LGBT in a gaming forum? May i remind you this gaming forum is called GBAtemp, not LGBTtemp.

Today actually was going pretty smoothy until two members came online.
Honestly, you are free to be upset over this. It's gotten extremely overblown and out of hand. Which is sad because was going so well.

Ugh, people using a feature that is there for themselves to express themselves annoys me personally!! Therefore you should all stop using it!!!

While GBAtemp is a gaming forum first and foremost, of course, obviously, the point of there being a blogs function is to let people talk and get to know each other, and I think it's one of GBAtemp's biggest strenghts; the noncancerous parts of the community are very close. I think you're strong enough to ignore a few red blips on your screen so people can have fun talking to each other.

Most of the blogs were controlled and going pretty well. Then two members came online and started trolling them. That's when things started to get out of hand.
To which I am agree with anyone upset with how things are turning out.

@Chary if somebody doesn't like something they see, they should just ignore it. But I guess some like to get attentiom through this stuff

It's just it's getting to repetitive, i understand today would be a execption but it's almost like everyone wants to bring LGBT into gbatemp, which i am fine with but don't make a blog post letting everyone in your blog roll know thinking you're so original, just make a status and leave it there. Or you could just come out the next day where it isn't a giant wave of LGBT conversation.

Nuff said.

That's basically what the GalladeGuy drama was though, gallade just said something that should've been deleted or just ignored but people decided to try and bully him into a corner, creating drama therefore everyone getting attention.

A status is too short lived, nor does it allow the amount of discussion that blogs offer; that's the whole point. I can see your point, but what you're requesting doesn't make too much sense, all things considered.

Like I said before, coming out blogs are actually in the minority on the Temp. Today just happens to be the day dedicated to this topic. And to be honest, it's still not that many people coming out. It only appears like a greater topic because they keep getting comments and then there are mock threads getting mixed into them, ect. And of course, not many blogs are being made in between.
If non-LGBT+ blogs were made between these blogs to break them up, it wouldn't have gotten so out of hand.

So like I said before, it's understandable to get upset over this issue because it appears to be a bigger issue than it really is. Honestly, even I am getting tired of seeing this being a thing.
Although I do wish the mods/community got a little more involved to break up this mess a little more. So I am going to make a blog about my ankle!

I was actually prepared for this moment i have it all on my clip board which i.... deleted looking for a link to a picture so i forgot most of it :(

But what i wanted to say was actually longer than this but, i don't think there needs to be a day dedicated to such things, cause then others will want to start trending on it. "Mental disaability day, introverts day, oucast day" Is not necessary, if you want to "Come out" is should just be any other day, but people i guess need a day like this to actually be a source of courage or empowerment to do so. But is it really that?

Waiting for a day to just discuss something you have struggle with every single day is not making sense to me but since i have not actually been involved in such situations is just my opinion. If i want people to know something about me i can say it anytime i feel like and pepple are free to read or ignore.... or troll if you are that kind of person., But is not necessary to wait until a day like this to talk about it, cause is just probably expected, and predictable (besides the people who decide to share)

Is probably something that people will think "Is it gonna be like this every year?" I dunno, it just something that happens and like many things will pass or end when people let it. I dunno how to handle this. I can walk away and come back later when things are about video games again, talk to someone else in private if perferred or just accept this is something that can happen and participate. There is no holiday that celebrates people who struggle with mentality disorders or not accepted by "Normal" society standards but i don't need that to discuss my experience over aspergers syndrome, ADHD, my beef with someone... or anything else i wanna share, and people don't have to read or listen, or comment if they don't care or want to... or troll cause most likely it will be a few.

Sorry you're upset about this, and is not gonna last forever, Is okay to be upset and such, We or rather i acknowlege this situation and to be honest i can't do anything about it, since is just gonna happen and be over soon.

As for everything else, I don't know why everyone is making so much drama about it, to be honest. Like, can we all just chill please?

You know what would make this situation so much better? Ignore the troll blogs, they are actually getting more attention than the blogs they are mocking.
From there, just make blogs and go on with the rest of your day. This is a very simple solution to this issue.
