An actual blog post? Holy shit.
I may be two days early with this but I hope everyone here has a merry Christmas or happy holiday, whatever you celebrate around this time of year I hope it's nice for you. This year has proved to be another hell of a busy year for me, not just in terms of IRL stuff but with my online presence as well, but coming back to this site once each day is still nice even after... what, almost half a decade since I made this account?
My presence here in 2021 and last year was definitely quite minimal. At the start of this year I wanted to change that. Looking back, I do feel I have succeeded... somewhat. With reviving the GBAtemp Hunger Games in the EoF and commenting more on some of the bigger news articles, I even tried (and arguably failed) to make some of my own articles in the User Submitted section.
But I feel I can be more active. So my plan for 2024 is to turn up my activity here quite a bit. My plans are moreorless to:
Anyway... I ain't got much else to really say. The next few days are going to be very busy not just for me but for all of us, so once again, I hope you all have a good time with your friends and family.

P.S. Unfortunately I couldn't get a new Hunger Games round going this week because... yeah, turns out the week before Christmas is very, very busy. I apologize for that, and I'll make up for it by doing a round just after the new year instead. And given the round after that will be Round 30... well, stay tuned.

- Check out a lot of the forum areas I haven't been in for years. With my interest in older tech increasing (especially with the recent TestFlight terascrape) I'll probably find quite a lot of cool stuff that people have been making or talking about.
- Probably make some new EoF threads. I haven't made any outside of the Hunger Games in quite a while. Maybe even make some normal threads too! Wow! What a concept!
(Hunger Games rounds will of course continue.) - Actually attempt to make articles in User Submitted News. Likely on more minor stuff, given the major stuff is often covered by the news staff anyway.
(Great job this year, by the way, guys!) - Just talk with some of the people here for once. I haven't done much actual conversation here with y'all. I need to change that.
