NoNand 3ds cfw

so I recently started getting interested in the 3ds again and I wanted to create a cfw and I decided to fork Rei-Six
and have a few plans for it. For example we've never had a cfw that can toggle it's patches(apart from corbenik) but mine won't be so sophisticated. My plans atm is that it'll use a config file from sd card. If I have lots of time I might try working on a menu like corbenik had. the features are in the readme ^^.

ReiNand is easier to understand imo also no,it's not old,it's kept alive by crimson maple

The 3DS is essentially on its deathbed, why now? You're a bit too late. Wish you the best of luck, but I don't see this as a valuable use of time.

oof. Nothing catchy with "nand" at the end? lol I really can't think of anything better then NoNand and then throw massive puns when the 3ds boots,HAH.

I actually quite like the name "NoNand" but I don't have a ver. string in the system settings. Because : the normal regular old "Ver." kinda sucks.. and sys is already in use from luma3ds and plus I already have a way of showing whether or not it's in emunand or sysnand. So I'm kinda stuck when it comes to that part.But the rest fits perfectly with the name. oof.

Why do work when I can get attention talking about a name for my project that I haven't started yet?

and I'm still working on it. Like seriously if you want I can push what I've done right now. I was asking for like something error codey so I can replace the Ver. string, as I think that NoNd is pretty crap as a version string.

If you want a longer version string, you could probably patch the pointers to it to redirect it to the end of .rodata/.data/.text and add your own format string here, given there's enough space left for it. Sections are page-aligned, so there should be enough space.

Actually this is a fork of Rei-Six, which is still an active project with an active team.

If you need a tester, I am always open for testing. Having been the long term and official tester for Rei-Six, I know how it functions and will notice any new bugs.

If you’re going to fork it from ReiNAND, you should probably add Sighax support since otherwise nobody will use it.

Yeah my bad in OP I wrote reiNand when it should have been rei-six. Sorry for confusion ^^

@Jayro the best part is the pun at boot lol anyway I'll clean up all the commented out stuff and I'll push what I've done in this time.
