I am just going to mess with my Wii region settings to try to buy from Nippon (which has more games), Europe (which has more Commodore64 games, including Mayhem in Monsterland), AND Korea (which has cheaper games) AND record the whole thing just so that I can make a once-and-for-all guide regarding soft-mod cross-region shopping! After all, finding information about the issue is rather tricky, and those who want to buy outside Wii Shop titles (a least relatively) legally without having to buy extra for a different Wii Console (plus required adjustments such as PI or video output) are going to need such a guide...
All I need is a bank account, some money, and a way to record Wii video...
(Actually, all of those are possible; I just have to actually get them.)
