PSP 2000

I was in one of the President's Choice Stores and I found a brand new PSP 2000. It was for 99.00 and unopened. I'm wondering if I should have bought it then and there. I thought maybe since it is out of production I would wait until boxing day for price to decrease hopefully. The store wants to get rid of it since they have the PSP 3000 now so making it down even lower would make sense IMO. What do you think?

A President's Choice store?...
Jesus that sounds like heaven. I love President's Choice food products.

Anyways i'm PRETTY sure $100 is a typical price for PSP2k's brand new.

Get it. Especially if the Data Code is 8b or lower (especially lower), the 2000 gives you all the possibilities for hacking and (in case of emergency) FLASH recovery while retaining the larger ammount of RAM. The only issue you may have with it is finding a proper headset with a microphone for it, but other than the lack of a microphone it's the best PSP you could possibly buy with 0% chances of full-bricking.

I would buy a PSP just so I could have a more-than-decent NES, SNES, GB and GBA emulator in my pocket.
But then... Lameboy and nesDS are already more-than-decent.
I guess I'd only have one for the GBA and SNES emulators.
