I hate people that think they're smart, but they're actually just dumbasses.
There's a kid who posts on a different forum I go to and he thinks he knows everything and he ALWAYS gets into huge debates where literally no one is on his side, yet he still doesn't take the hint that he's never fucking right about anything, and continues to think he's incredibly smart >_>;;

That's totally me. I'm usually the jerk on every forum posting in long debates and twisting reality just to make things more confusing. I just like to question things beyond all reason to the point where people just get pissed off.

DDC Yes, DJ we don't want to be enemies with you. We (or at least I) want you to become a better person. I wish'd you'd understand. It's hard to say something if you don't understand. Shut up and listen first. And besides, this is not a debate, I don't care who'll win or lose. If I'm gonna "lose" and it's the only way that DJ will be a better person, then that's fine.

That's just how kids are - they get told by their parents (just like everyone else) that they're smart, and suddenly they think that they're some great philosopher whose only peers are his superiors (teachers in this case. Yeah peer and superior are kinda...not meshable, but you get my point).

In his defense, though, just leave him alone - it seems like you antagonize him quite a bit..

We antagonize him a lot because everything we say, he says something "smart" that no one understands. We then tell him to go away and he goes into a fit and posts the most non-sensible "smart" posts you'll ever see and will eventually "haha" it off when he can't think of anything "smart".

He thinks that he's so smart that when we talked about Tao (you know... the one with Lao Tzu) he said things that are actually unrelated to Tao. He then tells me that I am stupid (stupid, right? I mean come on. I already read the Tao te Ching and the Tao of Pooh and as for him, none) and should stop posting. I tell him to just shut up then he deleted all my posts. He's very arrogant and stubborn.

Sounds like this kid i knew, at some point he told everybody he was turning into a cat, but continued to regard everyone else as an idiot hahahaha. Now he is writing a book and is planning to have bioware turn it into a video game hahahahahahahha
