Summer, where are you?

We're approaching the middle of July, which is about the middle of summer as well, but guess what. Here in Hungary (in my area at least) there's no sign of summer weather. It's been a late winter-early spring weather here all summer (about 15-24 °C). No signs of hot weather, just pleasantly cold. What's funny is that in the spring there was a heatwave when it was so hot, I had to use my fan. That makes more times I've used my fan this spring than in summer! Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I'm not sweating like a horse, but it should at least be 30 °C. I miss summer.

Totally the opposite here in the US where it's record high temps across most of the country. Every day it's been at least ten degrees (F) above the hottest it used to get in summers previous where I live.

I also wonder where summer is. Here it appears to have been kidnapped and replaced with something intent on boiling all puny biologicals alive.

I stole it
here (spain) the temperatures are about 32-35º(c), and while it's more hot than I'd like, I hope it keeps like that for the rest of the summer, because normally it goes up to 40º+ and two years ago I think it even reached 50.

Consider yourself lucky. I'm having to deal with indoor temperatures ranging from 27-30C, it slowly drops to 27C on cool days but quickly goes back up as soon as it's warm outside. I'm constantly sweating and it's not fun.

We've had a heatwave here in the UK, its been around 28º(c) in my local area for far too long.

Personally i'm happy when its around 18 °C, that's just nice for me!

Here in Scotland the average summer temperature is 13 to 16 degrees Celsius. For the last 7 weeks every day its been 32 to 35 degrees. We all have a very strange thing for Scottish people called a tan lol.

Here in California it’s not too hot, but I’m having issues booting Linux off a USB stick so now I can’t boot it on the computers at my summer camp to play Steam games!!

@Sonic Angel Knight
You English people can have such beautiful names like Summer and we don't have those in Hungary. ;o;
I wish it was a girl named Summer TBH, a name like that alone would probably be waifu material.

15-24C (59-75F) is about what we've had here, this Summer. Normally, we have temperatures higher than Chary mentioned (Normally around 110-115F (43-46C)), but it's been quite chilly this Summer. Hopefully it's not too hot in the Winter... again... (It was 90F (32C) on Christmas last year...)

@bennyman123abc You must live pretty far south, because those winter temperatures are nuts.
I'm not sure if I prefer the summer heat or the winter cold, but I think I prefer the cold. But I still like summer better because in the winter it's dark all the time and going outside is no fun. In the summer I actually enjoy going outside.
