Summer.

It's been a while since I posted a blog, might as well speak out.

There's exactly 50 more days till this summer "vacation" ends, and I already am actually waiting to go for school. Many of my friends are on vacations, some are in the U.S, somewhere in Europe or Africa--I don't know. I wish I was out of Canada for once; to be quite honest, or if I just went to some place to relax. I'm literally exhausted. In ten days, it's my sister's Mehndi ceremony for her wedding which is in eleven days (A mehndi ceremony is where people put on henna on the bride and we bless them culturally and religiously and we dance, etc) and the preparations for that are so tiring. I spent all day yesterday travelling from city to city to buy things, clothes, and other stuff for the wedding.

Anyway, after the wedding will be over, there's a day for relaxing and it's a reception party. Finally that would be over. Hopefully after the wedding I'll be able to relax or go somewhere fun, we had to cancel our last Saturday plans for Niagara Falls because of this wedding.

But I'm going to be inactive, for the wedding preparations and being in attendance for the wedding and other functions..Won't be posting frequently for the time being. I'll put in a 5-10 minute check in a day and I'll be offline. I might have to pull a DarkFlare69.

Edit: But this doesn't mean that I won't run KYT. I'll be here, making sure I update and start new sessions!

Anyway, all that aside. I'm planning to work out and go for a run while I have nothing to do at home. Gotta be more active than I usually am! Any of you people got tips on exercising (no access to a gym or the nearby pool) at home and independently when or while running some laps at the park?

Good luck with that wedding we will miss you. As for the exercising... What is your goal? Different exercises will help different parts of the body. Also, can you give me vinnys noooods before you go?

I'm planning to lose a fair amount of weight on a regular type of schedule starting for the time I have left when school starts. a day or a day after a day type of thing.

For just losing weight running is good. But lifting weights is also pretty good for not only building muscle mass, but shedding body fat (it's just slower). You should mix up your workouts, because doing the same exercises constantly is actually bad for you. and I'm still waiting for vinnys noooooods.
 
If you're looking to lose weight I recommend focusing on what you eat. It has the largest impact on your weight loss and if you plan it right you don't have to change your diet too much. Simply eat less and cut out some carbs and you'll be pretty successful
