teeth extraction

so today i got my two left wisdom teeth removed, and it was for SURE not as painful as the two right teeth... but well it still hurt a lot. thankfully i was asleep for most of the procedure, but i still remember one part of it despite me sedation. so starting from the beginning, my father picked my up from school and we go into the dentists office and they like get me to sign the covid forms or whatever, to make sure i wont sneeze or cough in their fragile eyeballs and have them contract flu like symptoms that will probably kill them if they think too hard about the side effects of recreational drug use. and like, yeah so that happened. they put me in one of those cute chairs that can move if they press a button and the first thing i did was wave my hand in front of the motion-sensing light and turn it on. funny thing is, the dentist looked right at the light and i pretty much startled her and blinded her so bad she had to sit in the chair next to me for a second. then she was like, "okay please don't do that again" and i was like "fine" and so we went on with the procedure.

she gave me this super powerful melatonin and like as soon as it touched my tongue i instantly fell asleep i swear. okay maybe not. anyways after a while the meds kicked in and i was out cold. i guess they must have done most of the work when i was asleep, they even had to like pry my mouth open or something.

somewhere in like, halfway during the surgery i woke up, saw the dentist in my face, said "hello" and fell right back asleep lmao and yeah i don't remember that but the dentists that were cutting my gums open remembered it and thought it was funny.

i also don't remember getting into the car to go back home, i remember very little to be honest. which is weird, because last time i had sedation for my right side i remembered everything but i was also awake for most of it.

When I got my wisdom teeth out, they gave me pills, gas and a needle. I said just hit me over the head, would've been easier.

Wisdom teeth extraction is never fun. I was sedated and didn't feel a thing till a few hours later, had all four removed and I had to be wheelchaired out of the office, I think. It was a blur lol. Took some Percocet later that night as the pain started to be unbearable, that is one seriously powerful painkiller, so I slept well x3

It was weird; I got my wisdom teeth removed, and sure, I couldn't drive home, but when I made it home, after sitting down for a bit, albeit some pain that was easily relieved from the prescribed medication they gave me, everything was normal, except I got a few days off from the torture that is working at Walmart now that hindsight is 20/20!

wisdom teeth extraction is awful, good thing you asleep the whole process. no side effect, I hope. My friend said, it seems the dentist miscalculated the anesthetic injection, and somehow my friend couldn't sense some part of his mouth after that. it seems improving now, but damn, I just knew it could happen.

I also had four wisdom teeth extractions and had be wheelchair too. My best friend video me. I was so funny and weird thanks to anesthetic injection. Glad that it was over.. over 4 years ago, I think. And I didn't need the pills for my pain because when it was worn off and I don't feel pain so I throw pills away. Don't want pills in my body as long as I had no pains so I was good. I got better a day or two.

Hopefully I won't need to get my wisdom teeth pulled out anytime soom, my family generally has allways had good teeth thankfully.

I had mine surgically removed as well. Had gas and a needle. Didn't even remember falling asleep and the next thing I knew I was awake and the procedure was done. Was able to walk out of the office perfectly fine on my own (although I naturally had someone else driving me home) and didn't ever have much pain outside of my jaw getting really tired and sore. I'm sure from having it held open during the surgery & from having to have the gauze in my mouth for so long. Not being able to eat normally for so long was FAR worse than any pain I had.
