Things to do in London?

Hi guys,

Me and some friends are travelling down to London at the end of this month for two days on the super-cheap MegaBus. Aside from the usual jam-packed touristy type places, what is there to do on a budget? I've got the Trocadero earmarked already, and a few friends want to visit Camden Market, but apart from that I only know the main attractions.

Anyone from there, or who's been there (or would like to meet up there), please let me know!

Fuck man I'm going away at the end of the month and its only an hour away by train. :(

On budget, shit no idea. I do like going around Camden Market buying stuff though, some real nice retro tees there.

hi skinhead i live in london, camden is a good place to looka around but it's become very expensive as alot of tourists go there now. i have added a link to a site that lists things to do in london for free. i have not checked it out just done a quick search for you.

I did a London trip over the weekend, it's hard to think where to go isn't it? Knowing what kind of things you're interested in could be a good place to start. I managed to kill a day between Camden (including a cute little tea shop tucked away on a balcony), checking out some awesome bead/jewellery making supply shops near Oxford Circus and wandering around the Science Museum until they kicked out at 6 and it was brilliant. But it depends what you like.

I get it all the time, don't worry :P

All the things people have suggested sound great. I think the best thing for us to do is visit the places we know we want to go to, then return to the areas that seemed nicest/most interesting and just have a wander around.
