Vintage's Bad Phone Day!

It all started when I turned on my phone....

I boot my great phone having my mind set on some DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE then I was greeted with this horrifying message!

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 Emerge

Custom Binary blocked by FRP Lock (Boot.img)
secure fail: kernel with :!: in the middle

I'm like oh shit I need to get some stuff off there but I see you can recover

So I put my phone in download mode (Power+VOLDown+Home) download the firmware and load odin3 in admin mode
I tick AP (PDA) the load the .md5 file 5 seconds later

FAIL!
NANI?!? FAIL WTF so I reread the guide still fail
depressed I still try then I see on GBATemps Brother XDA it says it says rename .md5 to .tar extract boot.img and recoveryxxx.img and convert it to .tar

So I put my phone back in download mode load odin3 in admin mode again tik BL (Bootloader) and use recoverysomethingforgotname.tar and it resets and passes now back to AP I get boot.img and PASS turn it on and ITS ALIVE!!! but.....

This post would had been here sooner because the wifi turns off automatically if you have anything plz help!

It would be a great mp3 player trying to contact samsung support but it says it does not know the model code (its SM-J327P)

Get everything "important" off of your phone. That's really all the help I can offer in this situation.

Seems like when I switched from safestrap to twrp on my s5 and upgraded from 4.4 to 7.1 I had to flash some stuff specifically for wifi and Bluetooth. Might look into that..

For now its the portable emulation station with music and video support with apk files

Can't use RetroArch I know how to add cores to

Ok, what about a backup? Did you make a backup in twrp before it had the error?

Oh. I have a Moto E4 and there are a few Nougat (7.1.2) roms for it. I'm using DotOS right now, and I'm waiting for an Oreo update. But I heard that could take a while since it's not an officially supported version.

    I used butter instead of vegetable oil, and think that's why they squirted out during baking, who knows
