This is my honest opinion, please Understand:tm:
Here is the reason: every OS is designed with different userbase in mind.
For instance, Windows is aimed at people who want their computer to be easy to use, while Linux distros such as Arch Linux are designed to be lightweight aimed to intermediate to expert users. It doesn't matter which OS you use, it is personal preference, and I ain't gonna shovel it down your throat, unless it is Mac OS X, which sucks. Every OS has it's advantages and disadvantages, else there would be just one OS and STFU
