XRP 4 Digits Confirmed- Ripple Private ledgers

I'm back after a accidental banning; so all my old blog post are gone so I have no archives for those who new and wanna know in deep detail what the hell is XRP. Anyway Ripple Big news came out 2 weeks ago, but Before I begin let me explain why 4 digits is important - You times how many XRP you have by 2000$. I have 20K XRP, so when the price of 2000 is revealed I'll have 40 million USD.

Ripple the company/creators of XRP confirmed the 2018 rumors that they been working on private ledgers for years, the private ledger is for major Banks and IT company's but the private isn't connected to the public exchanges yet; The price of XRP on the private is way different than the one on the public exchanges. They are stress testing the system; which This explains why XRP volume and price kept glitching to 4 Digits many times last year and this year already it glitched 4-5 times.     My state has put a heavy tax on vape juice, taxing any juice with nicotine by the weight/oz. So to get around the bs, my local vape store only sells 0 nicotine vape juices, then they also sell straight nicotine in tiny bottles, and you mix it yourself to your 0% juice, lol
