Random build I made last night before going to sleep.

- I don't know, the UI has been updated a bit as well as the inventory system to match it.
Added a temporary wall texture so the game would look a bit nicer to look at while playing.
Added a temp coin asset for the inventory, which I spent way too much time on for a temp sprite... Still it was just simple mathematics.
Added a temp lives asset that is pretty clearly just a shitty drawing of a 1-up mushroom I made in like under a minute. Hardest part of that was finding a color for the stalk of the mushroom lol.
And I think I fixed some problems with the last version I uploaded to GBATemp.
