Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9 repair script 32-bit

This script fixes the annoying problem of Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9: as soon as you run it, a blank window shows up and then closes immediately. I have had this myself on my own computer; I tried all solutions recommended by Microsoft and they did not work. Ultimately I stumbled upon this article by Kai Schätzl and it fixed my problem.

There are 3 versions of this script:
- for 32bit IE 7/8/9 on 32bit-Windows (CURRENT FILE)
- for 32bit IE7/8/9 on 64bit Windows
- for 64bit IE7/8/9 on 64bit Windows

You must run the one that applies to your system! If you are unsure which one is most suited for you, you first need to determine whether you are running Windows 32 bit or Windows 64 bit. To do so, press Win+R and type "winver" then press OK. In the window that shows up, if you see a mention of 64 bits then you are running Windows 64 bits (also referred to as x64). If you don't see any of that, you are running Windows 32 bits (also referred to as x86...). If you are running Windows 64 bits, you probably need the 64 bit IE version as well.
