Massive changes compared to 1.x.x version
This NeatDS is NOT SIMPLE anymore

Unicode Folder Supported :

Rename NDS ROM File on any path which has non-standard character, like Japanese, Russian, Korean, and even Emoticon directory/folder name

Duplicate Checker :

Detect for duplicate NDS ROM File in the same directory, if exist, a number added on the last name​

Added Support Unicode :

Now, you can process any NDS ROM file which has non-standard character, like Japanese, Russian, Korean, and even Emoticon !
HOWEVER, make sure your folder is using standard character, a non-standard character folder will result to error (i will fix this as soon as possible !) Thanks @Pk11

Added New Parameter :

Use $R or $r to add game region into name, $R for uppercase and $r for lowercase, as suggested by @The Real Jdbye

2. Custom Extension : You can add other extension that may have same name with pre-processed NDS ROM file
