Patches Wii ISOs in an attempt to make them playable on foreign region consoles.Changelog:Firstly, the region patching is the same. So whats new?+ partition management, extract/inject/md5sum etc. (right-click it)+ better detection of patched isos (could also md5 game partition)+ more ISO info, see .ini file to update gamecode ids
